Optional monthly support
DropTap Care is €29 per month, Care Plus €99 per month. Both are voluntary, not pre-selected and not included in the one-off price. Monthly fees for add-on modules are separate.
Common questions
Is a monthly subscription required?
No. You buy once, without a mandatory Care subscription. DropTap Care and Care Plus are voluntary and not pre-selected. How long basic technical operation is included in the one-off price will be set in the terms of use.
Do the NFC products belong to me after purchase?
You receive the physical NFC products made for you, for use in your business. For Starter and Business, the digital customer page is part of the package you buy. The duration of basic operation is not fixed yet and is not promised as lifetime hosting.
What happens if I cancel?
No standard notice period is set here. Notice, continued use of the customer page and what happens to the NFC products are agreed in the individual quote.
Can I reorder more NFC stands?
Yes. Above the included allowance, the piece prices in the overview apply to Gloss Slim, Gloss Square, Stand Mini and Stand Maxi. We confirm quantity and shape in the quote.
Can I extend my package later?
Yes. We discuss a change or an extension with you and set scope and price in the quote.
Can we use our own logo?
Yes. We match the logo, colours and design to your business.
Are there individual solutions for larger businesses?
Yes. DropTap Premium is an individual quote, not a fixed package you can order automatically. Larger projects are calculated separately. Write to us through the contact form.
